IGY6 Consulting Services Ltd. is a professional business consulting firm providing services including, but not limited to, proposal management, business development consulting, RFP response services, contract and performance management, and remote site logistics consulting. Our clients include mid-sized companies in the mining, oilfield, construction, aviation, defence, and logistics sectors operating in Canada and internationally.

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IGY6 CONSULTING SERVICES LTD., ITS DIRECTORS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, CONTRACTORS, AND ASSIGNS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, PUNITIVE, OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF, OR INABILITY TO USE, THE SITE, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF REVENUE, LOSS OF PROFITS, LOSS OF BUSINESS, LOSS OF DATA, OR GOODWILL.

In no event shall IGY6’s total aggregate liability to you for all claims arising out of or related to the Site exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid to IGY6 in the preceding twelve (12) months (if any), or (b) one hundred Canadian dollars (CAD $100.00).

11. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Alberta and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Site shall be resolved by binding arbitration or through the courts of competent jurisdiction in the Province of Alberta, and you irrevocably consent to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of such courts.
